After the first episode which was full of surprises and skills from 12 bartenders, now Holywings Drink Championship is back with the second episode which is definitely no less exciting! A total of 11 bartenders are ready to show off their skills in mixing creative drinks in front of competent judges. Who will impress and who should put their foot down? Come on, let's take a peek at the excitement!
1. Rivals
Rival stole the jury's attention because he appeared alone due to other participants withdrawing. He presents cocktail unique made from banana taps inspired by his hometown in Kediri. The jury appreciated the concept, but provided input regarding the presentation of the drink and the level of spiciness of the "pecel" element it served.
2. Gepeng
David Gepeng presented a childhood-inspired drink, but the judges deemed the concept and execution not up to the challenge. They questioned the drink's appeal to customers and highlighted preparation flaws that affected the taste. Too bad!
3. Krishna
Krishna wowed the judges with drinks inspired by traditional Indonesian and elements of Balinese culture. The concoction was praised for its perfect balance of flavors. The jury made suggestions to make the texture easier to enjoy, but overall it got it feedback positive.
4. Berry
Berry also tried to present cocktail which is inspired by Makassar's typical green banana ice. Interesting idea huh! However, the judges gave suggestions so that Berry could adjust the level of sweetness and texture of his drink to make it closer to the original taste.

5. Reja
Reja appeared with three creations at once: one mocktails and two cocktails. The inspiration this time came from drinks that are popular in the Puncak area. Unfortunately, Reja looked quite nervous when presenting in front of the judges. Hopefully in the next round you can be more relaxed!
6. Vivi
Vivi brings a touch of Jogja with twist on koktail Clover Club. Unfortunately, the jury highlighted the inappropriate ratio and selection of ingredients, as well as the visual presentation that needs to be improved so that the composition and layers of the liquid are clearer and more stable.
7. Benji
Benji explained the theme of his drink, "Buiten Zor", which was inspired by the cold climate of Bogor with a touch of flavor ginger. However, the judges felt that the expected ginger flavor was not strong enough in the drink. Apart from taste, the judges also suggested that Benji apply finer filtration to his drink so that it looks more visually attractive.
8. Dimas
Dimas experienced bad luck. The drinks they served were considered to lack a strong and impressive taste. In fact, the judges did not find any positive aspects in Dimas' creation this time and questioned his preparation efforts.
Elimination Awaits: Who Should Put Their Foot Up?
Suspenseful episode Holywings Drink Championship filtered 23 bartenders into the three best participants who passed to the next round. Diverse performance makes for fierce competition. Six participants, Benji, Dimas, Noldi, Jima, Adam, and Tirta, received sharp criticism. Adam, Tirta and Jima managed to survive, but the rest had to be eliminated.
